Welcome to Orbit Tours and Travels' exciting 8-day, 7-night Vietnam Highlights tour! This adventure begins with your arrival in Hanoi, where you'll be transferred to your hotel to settle in and explore the city at your own pace. The journey then takes you to the stunning Halong Bay, where you'll experience an overnight cruise amid its breathtaking limestone formations. After returning to Hanoi, you'll fly to Danang, from where we'll guide you through the picturesque Marble Mountains and the enchanting ancient town of Hoi An. Your tour continues with a visit to the majestic Ba Na Hills, where you'll marvel at the famous Golden Bridge and enjoy panoramic views from the top. Next, you'll fly to Ho Chi Minh City, where you'll uncover the historical Cu Chi Tunnels and explore the vibrant city. The tour wraps up with some free time for leisure before your departure. Itinerary

On arrival at Hanoi's Noi Bai International airport, you will be greeted by our driver and transferred to downtown (no tour guide escort). Check in time 14:00. Free for leisure. Accommodation at hotel in Hanoi.
 

Following breakfast, cruise shuttle bus picks you up from your hotel and travel to the spectacular World Heritage site of Halong Bay in the Gulf of Tonkin (approximately four hours). Arrive at your jetty in Halong City towards noon and proceed with check-in formalities. After your welcome onboard, a lunch will be served while cruising towards the bay itself. In the afternoon, enjoy some visits and/or activities (depending on each boat’s itinerary) or just spend some time relaxing on board. Towards the end of the day the boat sets anchor for the night among the karst’s formations. Dinner is served on board. Overnight on cruise in Halong Bay.
 

Enjoy your fresh morning in the middle of the bay, the sun rises on Halong in the morning and breakfast is served (brunch on some boats) while the vessels cruises slowly through the magnificent rock formations and back towards port. Disembark and transfer by the cruise shuttle bus back to Hanoi. Free for leisure. Accommodation at hotel in Hanoi.
 

  • After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for the flight to Danang (driver pick up/no guide). On arrival at Danang airport, you will be greeted by our driver (no guide) and transferred to your hotel 
  • 15:30-16:30: Car and Tour guide picks you up at your hotel and departs for the scenic area. The Marble Mountains with five mountains Kim, Moc, Thuy, Hoa and Tho. Discover mysterious caves, Tam Thai pagoda, Linh pagoda Application, 7-storey tower. Admire the exquisite stone carving masterpieces created by the talented hands of artisans of the Non Nuoc stone village at the foot of the mountain.
  • 18:00: Have a special dinner. Depart for Hoi An, Visit Hoi An ancient town with: Japanese Covered Bridge - The only architectural work that is considered to be of Japanese origin left. Walking along the river bank Hoai, admire the old houses and colorful lanterns, mingle with the romantic beauty Romantic, peaceful in the old town. Return to Da Nang on one of the most beautiful streets in the city with high-class resorts running on both sides. Back to your hotel. Overnight in Danang.
 

  • 07:30-08:30 Car & guide pick you up at your hotel, depart for Ba Na by one of the most beautiful coastal roads in Central Vietnam.
  • 09:00 Arrive in the Ba Na area, you move by cable car from Hoi An station to reach Ba Na peak. Scenery of Suoi Mo and Toc Tien waterfall with white foam. Here, you visit: The famous Golden Bridge, the French village… Le Jardin area with French monuments: garden Tinh Tam, French stables, 100-year-old pomelo tree age, traces of ancient villas. Visiting Linh Ung Pagoda, admiring Shakyamuni Buddha 27m high, visit Loc Uyen Garden, Quan Am Cac.
  • 11:30 From Debay station, you conquer the second cable car line 2 to get to the top of Nui Chua - known as the "roof of the city".Have lunch. Continue to explore Fantasy Park – one of the large, modern indoor game zones; Visit Linh Ung Temple, enjoy the panoramic view of the city, Da Nang City and Da Nang Bay through the mist in the romantic afternoon on top of Ba Na.
  • Pick up the cable car route down the mountain, the car will pick you up and return to Da Nang.16:30 - 17:00 End of tour. 
Back to your hotel. Overnight in Danang.
 

After breakfast, our private car (no tour guide) will pick you up and transfer to the airport for the flight to Ho Chi Minh city. Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport, met by our driver (no tour guide) and transfer to hotel for check-in. Accommodation at hotel in Saigon
 

  • Cu Chi Tunnels are the remaining system of tunnels and stretching over 124 miles (200 km). This tunnel is famous in the world for its length and history in Vietnam War.
  • Pick up time: 8:00 – 8:30 AM 
  • Drop off time: About 14:00 – 14:30
  • Pick up at your hotel and drive to Cu Chi (60km – 1,5 hours). Visit Lacquer workshop. 
  • Upon arrival, watch a documentary film. Discover special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms, storage, weapons factories, field hospitals and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Discover an underground town. Discover many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels and learning more about the handmade weapon and traps. Visit rice paper workshop. Taste the special tea and tapioca (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served.
  • OPTIONAL: Try shooting AK47, M16, M60, M30. Surcharge: 2,5 usd/ bullets (1line has 10 bullets) Back to your hotel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
